1. Accepted Payment Method

  • Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method.

  • Customers pay the order amount in cash directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

  • Your order will be processed only after confirmation from our customer support team.

3. Invoices and Receipts

  • A receipt or invoice will be included with your order package.

  • Customers may also request an electronic invoice by contacting us at contact@glamtick.com.

4. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to refusal of payment or incorrect address details, the order will be canceled.

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in restrictions on future orders.
