6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Glam Tick is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, but we will assist you in resolving issues. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
