1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Watches showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage not caused by shipping

3. Return Process

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us securely, using the return address provided in your return authorization.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, size, or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
