3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered.
